This is one of the loveliest areas in Paris as it is close to the centre, however it is quieter and more residential. The apartment is on the 7th floor without elevator in a private courtyard and flowered garden with a beautifull view to the roofs of Paris.
It is a one bedroom apartment (with a double bed with a high and new latex quality mattress) and a sofa in the lounge 2 armchairs, a table and 2 chairs. There are hard-wood parquet floors in the majority of the apartment. There is a shower in the room (no bathroom) with a nice mosaic , kitchen open and separate toilet. I have a television (satellite - channels), high-speed internet wireless, dishwashing machine, oven and all the comforts of home.
very close from Metro: Eglise d'auteuil(line 10) which is 15 minutes from the heart of Paris (Champs-Elysees) and 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower.
