The Role: This is a part time, temporary assistant's position. You will be required to assist a professional in setting appointments with those interested in their services. This assistance is provided in the evening hours. You are provided with the professional's private list of qualified persons as well as a corresponding French and English script to use.
The Compensation: US$12 per hour, paid weekly
The Requirements: Fluency in both French and English, proficiency in Excel, an internet connection, a phone line / mobile / VOIP connection, Pleasant phone manner and professionalism.
This is a telecommuting role, meaning that you can work from home provided it is a quiet environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with clients to transition from their current reservation system/process and point-of-sale (POS) to SpaBooker.
• Be the client’s primary contact at SpaBooker and create a training plan tailored to the specific client’s requirements
• Track the training progress for each client to ensure effective utilization of the software, while meeting deadlines.
• Communicate clearly the capabilities and services SpaBooker provides, and effectively manage expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption of the product.
• Perform ongoing training for the employees of SpaBooker clients.
• Ensure that client questions are addressed timely and are communicated properly to the SpaBooker Product team.
• Work closely with the Product team to in order to keep abreast of developments ensuring that EMEA client feedback is included in the development process.
• Participate in the creation of training material for SpaBooker clients, including pre-release messaging, video training guides, and classroom style web meetings.
• Report status information on account activity and provide regular input to the SpaBooker team
• Record all client activity in our Salesforce CRM software.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken), fluency of additional languages (French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, etc.) a plus.
• General proficiency with the internet and Microsoft Office required.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software (i.e. Salesforce).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive execution of responsibilities.
• Confident, self-motivated, goal and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and remotely from the US based team
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
