I'm looking for a sublet for around two to three months. I'm flexible with my dates, but would ideally like a place until just after the New Year.
I'd prefer a studio flat, but would also consider renting a room in a shared flat - though I'd only want to share with other young professionals, not with a family. I can pay around 500-600Euros per month. I'm English and I've just come over from London. I work part time for an American travel company, though I mostly work from home. I usually go away for a few days each month. I'm quiet, considerate and I don't smoke. I would be able to come and look at places today and tomorrow, or from Monday of next week.

I'm looking for a place to stay from the beginning of November until the middle of December. I am already living in Paris though I need to change apartments soon.

I'm looking for a nice place, preferably a small 1 bedroom with internet connection and close proximity to the metro. Added bonuses are TV and washing machine of course ;o) I would love to stay at a place that is in the cities Eastern parts (Bastille, area around Saint Paul e.g.) but please offer me whatever you have and I'll consider it.

I'm 26 years old, a part-time writer and journalist learning French in the city for a few months. I'm respectful, quiet and responsible and have rented from various people before so I have several references at your disposal. Insurance and all the other technical things are available since I already went through the process once before.

Since I'm already in Paris we could easily meet, I can take a look at the place and we can discuss things further.
